This flagship project of Costa Constructions completed in the year 2008 is a living experience that can be called truly “Goan”. Set in a valley with afforested hills and fields as backdrop, these 28 villas are spread over 2 acres in Raia village. Each villa independently sits on its own small patch of land and is constructed architecturally to resemble typical small Goan rural cottages. Meticulously detailed with Portuguese architectural elements, this gated community has all the modern comforts like swimming pool, landscaped gardens, back-up generator, 24×7 security and water. Vermicomposting, common overhead gravity tank, and natural stone slabs and pavers for allowing of water table recharging are some of the environmentally friendly initiatives taken in this project.
